Fostering resilience
I have worked for more than ten years in government and business continuity planning, crisis response, and emergency management worldwide.
Our projects reach Central Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean. We can connect and adapt to different organizational contexts and multicultural environments.
We are aware of the systemic and complex nature of crises. Therefore, we search for solutions collaboratively, implement practical actions, and communicate -to different audiences- initiatives that avoid or minimize disaster impacts.
Reach out if you want to talk about how we can work together to reduce disaster risk, foster resilience and ensure the continuity of your business and communities.

Resilience and Climate Change Adaptation
Strengthening community resilience and implementing adaptation strategies that help communities and organizations withstand climate impacts. I conduct vulnerability assessments, co-design adaptation strategies, and integrate climate resilience into development planning.
Featured work: Caribbean climate adaptation program with the World Bank, embedding resilience in national planning.
Government Continuity Planning
Ensuring effective government function during and after crisis while embedding disaster risk reduction and resilience into national planning. I support policy development, institutional coordination, and long-term continuity frameworks.
